Nothing much to say about this month's net worth, just that it's a little late.

My HSA took a hit because of expenses related to my ACL reconstruction surgery.

Oh yeah, I got a raise. Go me. That'll be nice to put towards some of this debt.

I'd love to hear exactly which of your "household items" add up to $25,000. The true value of these items is the salvage value and runs roughly 25% of the retail value, and thats if if you're very lucky.

I think they said before that the total includes engagement and wedding rings.

It's probably a mistake to include those, because (ideally) you would never sell them for as long as you remained married. And in a real emergency, or in case of divorce, you likely wouldn't be able to recover more than about 30% of the purchase price. Just check the "Gold, Silver, and Jewelry" section of the classified ads, where you find people trying to unload their rings for thousands less than the appraised value.
